Note: when upgrading please follow “How to upgrade” guide, using OS access credentials below.
Access credentials for OS:
Username: snoadmin
Password: snoadmin
After successful import you have to start your virtual machine (double click VM or select SmartSNOv5 and click “Start”).
You have to login through CLI and set IP address. Since SmartSNOv5 in this VM is installed on Ubuntu, you can change network settings like this:
$sudo vi /etc/network/interfaces auto lo iface lo inet loopback auto eth0 iface eth0 inet static address 192.168.20.20 netmask 255.255.255.0 network 192.168.20.0 broadcast 192.168.20.255 gateway 192.168.20.250 dns-nameservers 192.168.3.45 192.168.8.10
IMPORTANT: set your own IP address, netmask, broadcast, gateway and DNS servers.
When you finish editing /etc/network/interfaces, press keys: Esc : w q ! Enter
When done, open your web browser (Firefox recommended) and point it to: https://<YOUR_IP>.
